Terms of Service

1.1 You agree to use Dotprite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

1.2 You agree not to use Dotprite to train your own AI models on the images generated by our product unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

1.3 You own the copyrights to your creations, permitting usage for both commercial and non-commercial purposes with no need for additional permission.

2.1 Dotprite uses third-party AI APIs to process your requests, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI (Grok), and fal.ai. Your input images and prompts may be transmitted to these services for processing.

2.2 Each third-party service is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of these providers.

2.3 Generated content may be subject to the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.

3.1 Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3.2 Credits are consumed per generation. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next period.

3.3 Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days except in cases of technical issues that we are unable to resolve.

3.4 We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice.

4.1 We reserve the right to change the limitations on usage of Dotprite — including but not limited to features, functionalities, and pricing — if it becomes economically untenable for us to maintain the current offerings.

4.2 We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to the limitations on usage.

5.1 All intellectual property rights in Dotprite's software and algorithms are owned by or licensed to Aivon.

5.2 You retain ownership of any content you create using Dotprite. However, you bear full legal responsibility for ensuring that the content complies with all applicable laws.

5.3 We may save or store your input images or generated images for debugging, quality improvement, or service enhancement.

6.1 Dotprite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law — specifically the Commercial Law and Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Korea — we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
