We want you to be satisfied with Dotprite. Please review the following conditions under which refunds are available.
Monthly Subscriptions
You are eligible for a full refund — excluding payment provider fees (5% + $0.50 USD) — if you have used fewer than 10 generations since your most recent billing date. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase if fewer than 10 generations have been used. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of unresolvable technical issues.
Credits
Unused credits are non-refundable once a billing cycle has ended, as credits expire at the end of each cycle.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that we are unable to resolve, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of usage or time elapsed.
Please contact our support team at the email below. Include your account email, subscription plan, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request.
Upon receipt, we will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Payment provider fees (5% + $0.50 USD) are non-refundable.
