Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Dotprite. Please review the following conditions under which refunds are available.

Conditions for Refund

  • Monthly Subscriptions

    You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with the service. The refund amount is calculated by deducting the value of passes already used from the total paid, minus non-refundable payment processing fees.

  • Passes

    Unused passes are non-refundable once a billing cycle has ended, as passes expire at the end of each cycle.

  • Technical Issues

    If you experience technical difficulties that we are unable to resolve, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of usage or time elapsed.

Requesting a Refund

Submit your refund request via the Inquiry tab on your Account page. Please include your account email, subscription plan, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For KRW payments, refunds are processed via KG Inicis through PortOne. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests are handled through the in-app inquiry form.
