This Privacy Policy describes how Dotprite (operated by Aivon) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our service.
We collect personal information such as your email address and display name when you create an account. We also collect non-personal information including IP addresses, browser type, and usage data. When you use our generation features, your input images and prompts are processed through our service.
Collected information is used to: provide and operate the service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send service-related communications; improve and debug the service. We may store input and generated images for debugging and quality improvement purposes.
To operate the service, we share data with the following trusted providers: Supabase (database and authentication), PortOne (KRW payment gateway), KG Inicis (domestic KRW payment processing), Lemon Squeezy — LMN Squeezy Inc. (international USD payment processing and Merchant of Record), Google Gemini (AI image generation), OpenAI (AI image editing), xAI/Grok (AI animation generation), fal.ai (AI image generation). Each provider handles data according to their own privacy policies. For KRW payments, your payment information is transmitted to PortOne and KG Inicis solely for transaction processing. For USD payments, billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your input images and prompts may be transmitted to AI providers solely for processing your requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in this policy, or when required by applicable law.
Account information is retained for the duration of your account. Generated assets stored in your account are retained until you delete them or close your account. Input images sent to AI providers are subject to each provider's data retention policies. After account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at the email below. Requests will be handled within 10 business days.
We implement reasonable security measures, including access controls and encrypted communications, to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
If you are located in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights: the right to know what personal data we collect and why; the right to access, correct, or delete your data; the right to object to or restrict processing; the right to data portability.
